When I walked into this store there were two employees chatting and didn't greet me. Then a woman walked in the store behind me and they greeted and helped her. No one asked me if I needed any help the whole time I shopped around for five different products. I heard and saw the employees greet and send off every other customer that came and went. It was very suspicious considering there were men, women and children being attended to besides me. Treat every customer with the same respect and hospitality. Period. The cashier ID: 3628542 was lovely and she was the best part of my visit.

Came in with two VISA gift cards that my brother got me for Christmas. I had four rewards on my app. Was paying for any remainder with my credit card. Francesca rang up my items and after I had paid the difference on my card, the rewards we're not applied nor did she ask me about the app or if I was using any rewards (until after the transaction had been completed.) I had just got off work so I was extremely exhausted and forgetful so by the time I got up to the register I had forgotten to open my app to redeem my rewards. She said she couldn't refund me and put it on a merchant card instead for about $36 (which defeated the purpose because I needed that $36 for bills) I was half-asleep and still had to go pick up my fiancee from work. I left the store with my goods and went to pick him up. When I picked him up, he asked me why I had that merchant card and I then realized that I lost out on money and needed it refunded back to pay our bills. I called the store and Francesca answered. I explained to her I didn't realize what actually was done and I needed to get it corrected. She was not happy about this and hung up on me. I drove up there and calmly waited in line with my fiancee. When it was our turn, I tried to explain to the manager on duty what happened calmly and collected. Then Francesca walked up there yelling at me calling me a liar, said "We have a file on you STACY!! I'm going to call the police!" I asked her why she was behaving this way because I was completely calm, no cursing. The only person yelling during this incident was her. The manager asked her to step aside and she said "No, I'm good here." I decided to refund my over $100 purchase in it's entirety (ended up losing my four rewards in the refund because I still don't see them on my app) and left the store sobbing. Also this happened in front of other customers. Last July I got frustrated with the GM about how their employees responsible for hiring need better communication and led me on thinking I was going to be hired as a seasonal hire, and I guess this created some sort of file they have on me??? I even called the GM and apologized for losing my cool that time and she said she accepted my apology and I thought things were fine, but apparently not. I hadn't been in there since about September 2023 and it's January 2024 now and this is how they address someone? I tried to call back later this evening to let them know I forgave Francesca, but it seemed like no one was answering the phone. I called a third time and they either shut their phone off completely or blocked my number so now I'm writing this review because that whole situation was insane and I highly recommend never going to this location unless you want to be yelled at and threatened for them to call the police when you aren't even stealing or being violent or even yelling at all for that matter.

Will never again spend a dime at this location. Have had interactions prior with store manager Jenn and she is just the WORST. Went to pickup an order submitted online and while I was there, took a single wick candle I had purchased sometime in the last couple of months that had no wick. As I picked up my order I asked if she could just switch it out for one that had a wick. EXACT SAME PRODUCT. She told me no and that the best she could do was offer store credit and then I could use said credit to purchase the same candle. As little sense as this made I agreed. Only to then attempt to purchase the same candle with the SIX dollar credit she gave me...nowhere near enough to purchase the same product. Mind you I have an online account with them, spend a ton of money there, and she tells me that she can only give me credit for the lowest amount that item has been in the past. All I wanted was the exact same candle I purchased but that had a wick so I could actually use it! Terrible customer service and have dealt with bossy know it all attitude from her many times in the past. Only reason I am giving two stars is because some of the other women in there are friendly and when I called corporate to report this incident they made it right.

Nice ladies, but not all of them are on the same page when it comes to knowledge. They were out of the one item I went in for. I was told about the buy 3 get 1 free sale. I shopped the store and picked out several other items that weren't on sale. The lady by the door told me they had tried to order the item I was in for, and they still haven't received any. I asked if they could order it for me and ship it to me and still get the same price. I was told yes. I stood at check out and watched a girl stock as I waited. The girl stocking NEVER offered help and didn't let anyone know I was waiting. After a few minutes of waiting, I waved to the greeter at the front of the store, who sent someone to help me. The lady that came to the checkout counter and started ringing my sale told me about the sale and that I could get another item to qualify for the sale. When I asked her to order it for me, she gave me a sour look and said she couldn't do that, so I left my items on the counter and proceeded to walk out. A SALE WAS LOST! There was no apology as well as no concern, and you're the person ringing sales! I'll get a gift card from Lewisville store and give them the sale, as well as the job security. Train your people! Acknowledge people! DO customer SERVICE .... because that is what you're getting PAID TO DO!
